Vitruvius provided cost and construction management services for 13 commercial units on behalf of Crest Nicholson in Gloucester Place, Cheltenham which forms part of Cheltenham Borough Council’s regeneration of the east end side of the town centre.

Vitruvius acted as ‘Employers Agent’ for the construction of retail and commercial units. Our role included construction and cost management, facilitating the delivery, handover and inspection services on behalf of the client.

As well as opening up new commercial opportunities, the new development also delivers prime residential space in the centre of town.
