Vitruvius was appointed by Main Contractor Pel Interiors (Vinci Plc) to provide commercial support for the duration of the fit out works to House of Fraser’s flagship store at Cabot Circus through to the successful negotiation of the final account with House of Fraser. The contract involved taking the 17,000m² building from shell and core through to finished retail space and included the installations of six escalators, false ceilings, raised floors and M&E services.

Vitruvius prepared the final account of £15m and worked hand in glove with the Managing Director of Pell Interiors, on behalf of Pell, to successfully negotiate a settlement.
